please can any one help me

I am a noob here so please forgive me if I am or do get anything wrong.

I have a kobo arc 64gb

I was playing around with some settings to do with the wifi, and now the wifi turns it's self off.

When I try to connect to my network the wifi in/off message/button on the screen remain grey, then a few seconds later turns it's self off again, it does not even scan for my network.

I have looked for any drivers but I am not really sure what I did.

Can anyone please help me.

I don't really want to do a factory reset, if at all possible.
