i bought a kobo touch and it's going to be my first ereader experience. but i can't make pc to see kobo. i plugged kobo touch to pc but since it isn't appeared, i can't send any ebook to it. i wrote to seller and i am waiting for his response. let me copy my message here.
i downloaded a free ebook from kobo store for testing. it went right. but as you know, free books are generally not worth to read. i really need to use my pc to sent my ebooks to KT

hello, today, i get my kobo but there is a problem with connection. i plugged my kobo to computer and it started charging. i turned it on and started studying on it. there are options to get ebook like purchasing on store, transferring from computer etc. everything seems okay. but i tried to connect computer (for transferring some ebooks from it) there is a warning window appeared on computer screen: "You need to format the disk in drive G: before you can use it Do you want to format it? Format Disk - Cancel" i tried 2 different computer and i get the same problem. i clicked cancel at first and tried to open folder G but it didn't open it. not windows explorer nor adobe digital editions. device doesn't appear. i tried to format the disk but i get message like "device doesn't allow it' i searched the problem on the internet. i found some solution suggestions about it but most of them are about updating the firmware to 3.11.0. but my kobo device information says my software is already 3.11.0. so, what do you suggest me? it is very annoying being not capable of using a device which i was waited for weeks |
