How to know when store credit available?

Hi,
I recently had a problem with a book and Kobo said they will give me a store credit (and it takes 5 to 7 business days to go through, not sure why so long)

How do I know when I have it?

Is there somewhere in my account where I can check this, I have looked but do not see anything
