Unable to download book to computer

I bought a book from kobobooks.com last night. When I went to "my library" to download it to the computer, I could not. There is no option there to download it. I can access it from my ipad kobo app.

I attached a screen shot to show you what I see. The top book is the one I wan to download but can't.

Any ideas?
