Is this a known issue?
Have I missed this being discussed in another thread?
Aura H20:
Firmware version: 3.7.0 and now 3.8.0
If the device goes into sleep mode either on it's own or user initiated, when it is woken up, the device is frozen and accepts no input. Device has to be powered down and then back up for everything to start working again.
Note: if you put the device into sleep mode and power back up right away, it's fine, but if it's down for any length of time, when you awaken the device the screen is frozen. How long it must be asleep before the device stops accepting input has not been determined yet precisely but it's not that long; fairly short time.
This is repeatable and it happens every time. I have never been able to break out of it once the device is not responding without powering it off.
Anyone else experienced this issue?
Regards,
Bruce.
