Error messages after running Check device database

I get the following error message after running "Check Device database" with Calibre and Kobo Utils.

How do I rectify these errors ?.

Result of running 'PRAGMA integrity_check' on database on the Kobo device:

rowid 35666 missing from index content_mime_type
wrong # of entries in index content_mime_type
wrong # of entries in index content_bookid_index
wrong # of entries in index content_date_last_read_index
wrong # of entries in index content_title_index
wrong # of entries in index content_attribution_index
wrong # of entries in index sqlite_autoindex_content_1
