Aura HD Order experience

Hi, thought I would ask here since so many have bought this device.

I'm in the USA. I ordered a Aura HD and it's been 3 business days since the order. I haven't received anything more than the initial automated email, and my card has been charged. The Kobo website doesn't show anything in my purchase history, although I'm not sure if that is only for books?

I'm wondering if this is normal? Any idea when I can expect a tracking number?
